Oklahoma: Jennifer Ragland and Leana Lauck have been accused of obtaining meth from two men in exchange for allowing them to sexually abuse a 3-year-old boy at the LaQuinta Inn near South Meridian and Interstate 40.
Leana Lauck, the boy’s mother, was arrested on child neglect charges on Wednesday after she opted to stay at the motel and smoke meth, instead of taking her son to the hospital for treatment. When she finally took the toddler to the hospital, nearly a day later, hospital workers discovered that the boy had injuries that included multiple bruises on his body and an injury to the base of his skull. A distant cousin of Lauch, who is sickened by the thought of the torture that the toddler went through, said he had “lye burns on his throat, face and eyes, signs of sexual abuse, bleach poisoning, and at one point, was hanging from a ceiling with a dog collar”. She also reported that part of the child’s skull had been removed.
Jennifer Ragland, aka Jennifer Chapman, was arrested on Thursday, for her participation in allowing the toddler to be used for sex in exchange for drugs.
Police are still looking for one or more of the men who were involved in the boy’s assault and torture, according to a news report by News on 6 Oklahoma.
