Rite Aid has been fined $5 million dollars for violating government regulations that require pharmacies to track the sale of controlled substances that include pseudoephedrine. Elmira, NY police officers, responding to a call about a domestic dispute at 706 Pattinson St, found evidence of a meth lab. William Guy, 27, a resident of the home was arrested at the scene and charged with seventh degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a Class A misdemeanor.
