Woman who bought a meth lab home from HUD sues and wins

In January 2003, police arrested 3 people for running a meth lab in a four bedroom home in Colorado Springs. By March of 2003, the home went in to foreclosure. Oklahoma sues N.J. vitamin company for $2 million for selling meth precursor

The state of Oklahoma has filed suit against D & E Pharmaceuticals and its owner Eric Organ for supplying precursor drugs that could have been used to make methamphetamine. Couple sues Utah health department over meth lab home

If you’re buying or thinking of buying a home in Utah, talk to the neighbors BEFORE you sign any purchase agreement.

The couple in this video bought a home, only to find out later from neighbors that it had been used as a meth lab by its previous owner. They later sued the health department over the $40,000 that it will cost them to decontaminate the home.
