Every ingredient used to make meth is legal to purchase. Meth cooks will have an unusual amount of these ingredients. After they use the ingredients to make meth, the empty containers need to be disposed of. Some meth cooks throw the containers out in their regular trash, while others throw their trash in to trash bags and toss them out on roadsides, in the woods, or in dumpsters behind stores, etc.
