Greenwood Inn in Russellville Alabama is up for sale. The selling price has been listed as $1,800,000. Buyers and vacationers should be aware that a meth lab was found at this motel, despite the fact that 
the listing for the property doesn’t mention it. Officers found a one-pot meth lab in a bathroom at the motel and saw ingredients that indicated to them that this may not have been the only meth lab present there. Two people were arrested on meth manufacturing charges.
The real estate listing notes the fact that it is “directly across the street from Walmart” and near to the Pilgrim’s Pride processing plant. The motel, built in 1991, is listed as having two separate buildings; one with 41 rooms and an outdoor pool and the other building has 24 rooms.
