Why can’t they use a portion of the money they get from drug seizures to remove the chemicals they find during a meth lab bust?

Tommy Farmer from the TN Meth Lab Task Force said the same thing happened in Tennessee, after the federal government stopped giving states the funding needed to clean up meth labs.

what i have been seeing in akron ohio is that law enforcment has not been listing house’s as meth lab so they can forgo the costs of cleanups
