The Kentucky Narcotics Officers Association says meth labs are still increasing despite Kentucky’s rules limiting the amount of pseudoephedrine a customer can purchase. Kentucky reports 607 meth labs, including 
135 in Louisville.
Stanley Salyards, LMPD says it’s the most that’s ever been found in the city or the state and those figures only represent about 5% of meth labs that exist in Kentucky.

Other cities have banned METH PIPES with ease….this is a no brainer….and to be completly honest….busting these local meth labs is only tearing your community apart….. the majority of the people you bust are lifers…and need serious physical and mental therapy and rehabilitation in order to hopefully be a functioning addict…..
