My problem in Santa Rosa, CA is that the police appear to be in on the alleged meth operation next door and of former neighbors with whom the one left was in perhaps business with. A light brown layer of silt covers my house inside and out; I have lost five of my beloved cats; I’ve paid for operations and medicines to keep them and my dogs alive. Neighbors’ cats and a dog have died and no one will do anything . The police insult and when it is possible, assault witnesses.

What can I do? I have developed respiratory problems requiring expensive inhalers, cannot take work in the a.m. when it is worst.
