Illinois couple arrested for making meth in Oquawka

An Oquawka, Illinois couple were arrested on Thursday, when a parole check revealed meth residue in a coffee filter in their home. Jeffrey D. Strange, 46, 1011 N. 2nd St., Oquawka and his girlfriend, Toni Kay Robbins, 46, were both arrested at their home on charges of possessing methamphetamine manufacturing materials.

Strange is on parole for a previous meth manufacturing offense in Warren County.

Both Strange and Robbins are now being held without bond at the Henderson County jail.
