I think someone in my neighborhood is making meth. What should I do?
Meth labs pose a significant number of health and safety issues to anyone in their vicinity. If you think that someone is operating a meth lab, you should report your suspicions to your local police department or Sheriff’s office, once you are a safe distance away from the lab. Never, ever, try to investigate the situation yourself.
If you don’t want to call the police for privacy reasons, you can report the meth lab by taking advantage of a service provided by The Kids to Love Foundation. They offer both an online meth tip line at www.seemethstopmeth.com website and a tip phone line 1-866-303-METH.

Believe it or not, I resided in TEN contaminated residences almost consecutively. Based on my sample, I can safely say that every multiple dwelling and every hotel in Morris County, NJ is infested with at least one drug lab. YET NOT A SINGLE DRUG LAB BUST HAS OCCURRED HERE, and drug lab busts for the whole NYC region are extrtemely rare. The list of my extreme and torturous ill health effects are way too numerous to list. Reporting a drug lab in these parts gets you run out of town by landlords, police and housing court judges. I might add that residing in a fully detached private home guarantees NOTHING, for chemical fumes from nearby labs can invade your home via the sewer system and your drain openings.
Hey PM, I know exactly what you are talking about. In 2006 I reported someone was in my attic making meth the cops told me I was crazy and they wanted a video. This is how some of the homes are getting contaminated. It isn’t always the occupant. Your drain may smell like meth because they are pouring the left over liquid down your drain when you are not home or when you are in the shower. Search on Google “meth attic 2009.” And spend an hour or two looking. This is why all the buildings are blowing up and the houses are catching fire. Strange how nobody knows anything about it.
If you have an attic, you probably have someone getting in and making meth. They come and go at night as they please; they did in my last two houses. I have smelled it at Walmart, Arby’s, Hardees, gas stations, quick rip stores. It is everywhere!!! The fumes can penetrate sheetrock, plastic etc. If you smell meth in the drains and in your house you probably have someone cooking while you are asleep. They dump their waste into your drains. After going to bed and turning the lights out,get back up and sneak around your house to see if you can hear what is going on in the attic. They usually try to cook in the opposite end of the house so you won’t hear them. I cannot believe this is being overlooked for this long. I read stats on company drug tests and 68% of the people tested were positive for meth and that was 3 years ago.
